Terms of use.
A practical framework for using Orion responsibly.
1. Status and operator
These are proposed terms for the Orion public preview by Waggle. They are not a final public-service agreement. The contracting entity, registered address, contact details, and effective date must be specified before public use.
2. The service
Orion provides a workspace for questions, web research, coding assistance, and batch processing, under the Orion One model identity. Features may change. The preview carries no commitment of continuous availability, response quality, throughput, particular model architecture, or free future access.
3. Eligibility and access
The preview is intended for adult evaluation. Use only access you are authorised to use. Protect credentials and API keys, and do not provide them through ordinary prompts. You are responsible for the content and activity you submit.
4. Your inputs and permissions
You retain your rights in your inputs. Submit only material you have the right to use and disclose. To operate the requested features, you authorise the processing and transmission of your inputs to the backend and configured services as described in the privacy policy. No broader model-training permission is established by this draft; a production policy must be expressly defined.
5. Outputs and third-party material
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, the operator does not assert ownership over your original inputs. This draft does not promise exclusive ownership or copyright protection for generated outputs. Responses can resemble other material and may include third-party content, code, trademarks, or excerpts. You are responsible for checking rights and licence obligations before reuse.
6. Accuracy and professional advice
Responses may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Citations do not guarantee that a source supports every claim. Code is not automatically verified or safe to run in your environment. Review and test it before use. Outputs are not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
7. Permitted use
Follow the acceptable-use policy. Do not misuse the service to harm people, invade privacy, compromise systems, infringe rights, or interfere with its infrastructure. Do not treat access to the preview as permission to access third-party services without authorisation.
8. Fees and availability
No paid plan, billing agreement, refund promise, or service-level agreement is offered by this local preview. Any future paid offering must disclose its pricing, taxes, billing cycle, cancellation terms, and refund conditions before purchase.
9. Service changes and suspension
The operator may change or withdraw preview features or restrict access to investigate abuse, maintain the service, or comply with applicable requirements. Any final public terms must address reasonable notice, account termination, and data-export arrangements where required.
10. Warranties and liability
The preview is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No contractual limitation in final terms may exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability allocation and any cap must be settled for the actual entity and jurisdiction; this draft does not invent a monetary cap or waive mandatory consumer rights.
11. Privacy
The draft privacy policy describes current data flows and unfinished operational details. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information to the preview. Local deletion does not necessarily delete backend or provider records.
12. Governing law and disputes
Governing law, competent courts, and dispute-contact details are to be confirmed before public launch. This draft does not impose arbitration or select a jurisdiction. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
13. Changes and contact
Prepared on 29 October 2026. Material service or terms changes must be clearly communicated in the final public release. Legal and support contact: to be confirmed by the operator.
